Congratulations to Dr. Yansong Zhu on receiving the First Place PIDSC Young Investigator Award at the 2026 SNMMI Annual Meeting in Los Angeles.
Yansong’s work, “Super-resolution PET-enabled dual-energy CT imaging with application to different radiotracers,” was selected as one of six finalists from nearly 300 submitted abstracts in the Physics, Instrumentation, Data Sciences Council (PIDSC) and ultimately received the top award.
This recognition highlights innovative research at the intersection of PET, CT, and quantitative imaging, reflecting both the scientific quality of the work and an outstanding presentation from Yansong!
